EASTER- ITALIAN CREAM CAKE

This has got to be, hands down the best cake I have ever had. Very moist and filled with cocoanut and pecans.

These hot out of the oven rolls are absolutely delicious served with a beef roast or just about anything, these ones have cheddar but try different cheeses, like Jalapeno or Monteray Jack.

THESE wonderful cinnamon rolls are unusually soft and delectable, I use various fillings,leftovers , rum soaked raisons and pacans,dried cranberries soaked in apple juice with walnuts, flavoured cream cheese fillings, and assorted flavoured icings and glazes.One of these is a meal , but its never enough !!

OHHHH, These "Northern Iced Delights" are a creative cinnamon bun and they are soooo good , a friend of mine ate 5 pretty well at once !! she just couldn't stop !! And they measure about 4 " across so there not  "two bite buns " !! But they are to die for !!
I actually sold a dozen for 40.00 in Iqaluit  : )

This amazing cake is made with beer !! You got it, "beer" and the deep darkness of the stout will soothe your soul , along with the "head" of  creamy, cream cheeze Icing ...you are in heaven, again and again, and again....
